Ascentia Consulting can provide construction management services for any project.  Construction management services offered by Ascentia include: 

• Develop and maintain an EPC (engineer, procure, and construct) schedule.

• Maintain the project budget, providing budget forecasts and trends.

• Select contractors.

• Coordinate construction activity to insure that schedule goals are met.

• Assist the contractors on technical and schedule issues.

• Provide coordination between the design engineers, client representatives, contractors, and start-up specialists.

• Issue reports assessing construction progress.

• Provide approval for all completed construction steps, ranging from foundation form-work, to mechanical alignments, to MCC installations.

• Conduct flushing and testing as systems are completed.

• Develop a plan for the commissioning of equipment and process systems.

• Assist with plant start-up and any necessary trouble-shooting.
