Ascentia Consulting was retained to review the status of a
complex warehouse project. The owner had concerns about the
budget and schedule progress reported by the primary
consultant. Ascentia Consulting was subsequently asked to
take over design, project management, and construction
management of the project.
The project was quickly put back on track and forecast cost
over-runs significantly reduced.
